Initial Evaluation
Schedule an Appointment with Dr. Viel or Jamie for an evaluation. We can review treatment options with you. All initial consultations are No Cost and No Obligation. Only pay if you start treatment with us.
Office Visits
Standard office visits are $150 per visit. This covers onsite testing including pregnancy testing and drug screening as necessary.
Medication Assisted Treatment
We charge $120 per visit for MAT visits. Office visits typically occur weekly for the first 1-2 months and can be spaced out to once a month after that. Patients who qualify for our patient assistance program can receive discounted visit costs of $60 or $30 per visit depending on income.
Need Help Paying?
It is the mission of Shoreline Medical Addiction Treatment to not turn patients away because of inability to pay.
Shoreline is privately funded and depends entirely on revenue from providing services to operate.
Our financial assistance program was developed to help Shoreline fulfill our mission while maintaining the financial stewardship necessary to pay our employees and remain operational.
