Office Visits
We accept most health insurance plans.
Standard office visits are $200 for an initial visit and $125 per visit thereafter. This covers onsite testing including pregnancy testing and urine drug screening as necessary.
Initial Evaluation
Schedule an Appointment with Dr. Viel or Jamie for an evaluation. We can review treatment options with you.
Medication Assisted Treatment
We accept most health insurance plans.
To minimize financial strain on self-pay patients and ensure transparency in treatment costs, Shoreline offers a bundled pricing options for MAT. Charges are structured as a monthly subscription rate, reducing the financial impact of frequent appointments for patients.
- An initial visit fee of $120 applies at the start of treatment.
- A recurring $120 monthly fee or $28 weekly fee* applies for follow up treatment.
- Any additional visits within the same month will be provided at no additional cost, as clinically necessary to support the patient’s treatment plan.
*Weekly payment program requires enrollment in automatic payments.

Need Help Paying?
It is the mission of Shoreline Medical Addiction Treatment to not turn patients away because of inability to pay.
Shoreline is privately funded and depends entirely on revenue from providing services to operate.
Our financial assistance program was developed to help Shoreline fulfill our mission while maintaining the financial stewardship necessary to pay our employees and remain operational.
